چکیده
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus sect. Boletus) have both economic and ecological importance. During this study, a specimen of the phenotypically complex species Boletus himalayensis was analyzed morphologically molecular genetically. This bolete speciesis characterized bya combination porcini features: whitish pileus margin context, pore surface overall basidiomata having look before maturity ithas considerably longer stipe compared to diameter when immature, with reticulation extending longitudinally towards base. The context white yellowish do not change color upon bruising. Although exhibited long small non−cracked as other collections himalayensis, genetic analysis revealed that it belongs species. متن کاملToxic isolectins from the mushroom Boletus venenatus.
Ingestion of the toxic mushroom Boletus venenatus causes a severe gastrointestinal syndrome, such as nausea, repetitive vomiting, diarrhea, and stomachache. A family of isolectins (B. venenatus lectins, BVLs) was isolated as the toxic principles from the mushroom by successive 80% ammonium sulfate-precipitation, Super Q anion-exchange chromatography, and TSK-gel G3000SW gel filtration. Although...
